Features

• Supports bi-directional sync between Teamwork Cloud (Magic Collaboration Studio) Repository and Aras Innovator.
• During sync operation, users will have option to select workspace, project and branch.
• Integration enforces secured authentication and authorization mechanisms with Teamwork Cloud and Aras Innovator as part of the sync operation.
• Sync can be performed based on a event, on demand, and from a scheduled CronJob.
• Integration supports syncing items along with their relationships and properties.
• As part of sync operation, integration preserves the Model structure which can be visualized using Innovator's visualization tools.
• All the sync operations are performed in the background. In case job fails, user will be notified with e-mail notification.
• A dashboard view will be provided to show status of all sync operations performed in the background. In case of any issues, dashboard entry shows detailed error messages.
• Admin can configure mappings with direction for the types, relationships and properties between Teamwork Cloud and Innovator.

Use Case1: Create Project in Cameo and “Sync from TWC” inside Innovator

• Create a project in Cameo and add the project to the TWC.
• Create a system Item in Innovator and click on "Sync from TWC"command from Innovator.
• Login with user credentials in Login Dialog.
• Select desired workspace, project and branch from the Dialog.
• Integration will sync Model from TWC to Innovator.

Use Case2: Update Project in Cameo and “Sync from TWC” inside Innovator

• Update the project in Cameo and commit the changes to TWC.
• Open the desired System Item in Innovator for which updates need to be synced from TWC to Innovator.
• Click on "Sync from TWC""command on the System Item.
• Integration will sync the Model from TWC to Innovator.

Use Case3: Update Requirement in Innovator and “Sync to TWC”

• Open Requirement Item in Innpvator and updates the Properties.
• Go to "More" menu and select "Sync to TWC" command.
• Integration will sync the item from Innovator to TWC.

Use Case4: Create Requirement in Innovator and “Sync to TWC” 

• Create new Requirement in Innovator under System Item.
• On System Item, click on "Sync to TWC" command.
• Integration will sync the Model from Innovator to TWC and added Requirement will be reflected under the project in TWC.
