About The Position

Prorigo Software is seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead to join our innovative team. As a .NET Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-performance web applications using C#, ASP .NET MVC, and other web technologies. Additionally, you will lead a team of developers, mentor junior members, and oversee the execution of projects, focusing on quality and agile methodologies.

What You’ll Do

• Leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications using C#, ASP .NET MVC, and other web technologies.
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborating with the development team to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ensuring the application of sound programming fundamentals and adherence to best practices and design methodologies.
• Independently executing complex .NET projects, taking ownership of their successful completion.
• Leading task estimation and sprint planning for development sprints.
• Conducting code and design reviews, both as a reviewer and participant, to maintain code quality.
• Maintaining a strong focus on quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Utilizing source control (preferably Git) and CI/CD tools to support a streamlined development process.
• Demonstrating expertise in DevOps and knowledge of tools related to CI/CD.
• Embracing a high sense of ownership of the product with a focus on quality and an agile mindset.
• Having knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure or AWS (nice to have).
• Demonstrating expertise in test automation, testing processes, and tools.
• Leading and managing a development team, including recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
• Effectively communicating with diverse audiences, including product managers, UX designers, QA professionals, and developers

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with C#, ASP .NET MVC, and Microsoft .NET with microservices architecture. Some experience with .NET Core is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML.
• Proficiency in SQL query development.
• Full-stack development expertise with Angular, React, or other JavaScript frameworks.
• A proven ability to lead task estimation, sprint planning, and project execution.
• A quality-focused approach throughout the SDLC.
• Proficiency in source control (Git preferred) and CI/CD tools.
• DevOps knowledge and experience with related tools.
• An agile mindset and a strong sense of product ownership.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure or AWS - nice to have).
• Expertise in test automation and testing processes and tools.
• Experience in team management, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences.
