Aras Portal

ArasPortal is a standalone application meant to be used with external users to show limited information of the Innovator items.

• Can be used to collaborate with suppliers for sharing files, create markups on CAD models and PDF documents.
• External users can participate in workflows and discussions (using Discussion Panel)
• Can be used by field engineers to create PRs using their mobile devices
• Has capabilities to capture videos and pictures directly inside the application and associate them with item and relationship properties
• Separate portal templates can be created in TemplateStudio to show limited information for the items in the portal
• Has TOC that shows accessible ItemTypes with their Categories based on current user’s permissions
• Mobile friendly with responsive UI
• SPA web application, can be accessed from any device through browser

• Uses REST API & CWS (ConfigurableWebServices) to communicate with Innovator server
